Lynbrook Village and owners Fort Street Real Estate are at the forefront of environmentally friendly retail solutions. In 2018, we installed a rooftop solar power system. The 362kW system is expected to generate almost 475,000kWh of clean energy per year, reducing our carbon footprint by approximately 390 tonnes of CO2e. This is enough clean energy generation to power 123 houses per annum and is equivalent to taking 115 cars off the road every year.
