- MONSTER APPLES - Use a small sharp knife to cut a wedge out of each apple to make a mouth. Spread the cut-side of each apple with peanut butter. Add carrot triangles to make teeth. Use a 5mm round cutter to cut discs from a cheese slice. Use a little chocolate writing icing to attach 1 cheese disc and 1 icing eye to each apple.
- BOILED EGG PUMPKIN - Cut boiled eggs in half. Use a small metal spoon to scoop out the yolks. Place yolks in a small bowl with mayonnaise. Mash until smooth. Spoon the mayonnaise mixture onto the egg halves. Top with celery slices to make pumpkin stems.
- BREADSTICK MONSTERS - Line a baking tray with baking paper. Tint the melted white chocolate with a little pink food colouring in a small bowl. Dip bread sticks in the chocolate. Sprinkle with 100’s & 1000’s. Set aside to set. Use a little chocolate writing icing to attach icing eyes and lips to each bread stick.
- MANDARIN JACK-O-LANTERNS - Peel the mandarins. Place a piece of celery on the top of each mandarin to make pumpkin stems.
- PASTRY SNAKES - Preheat oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Cut a pastry sheet into 2cm-thick strips. Place strips on the lined tray. Gently twist each strip. Lightly brush with whisked egg. Bake for 20 mins or until golden. Set aside to cool. Use a little chocolate writing icing to attach icing eyes and sour strap pieces to make tongues.
